I came upon an old book of Hand Shadows while searching for material for a little painting I'm doing.

Things are not what they appear to be

That's an ongoing theme, I'd like to explore more throughly.

Walking out of Sonia Park's shop, we notice the ground covered in green and white. As we looked up, we saw them eating and pooing. So simple.

DAZZLE での展示は、とっても寒い一週間でしたが、沢山の方に足を運んでいただき本当に感激しました。

クリエーター仲間のめぐちゃん、かほちゃん、けいこちゃん、みほこちゃんをはじめにぎやかなみんな。

仲良しの友達、ママ友、チャリティ仲間、その他初めてお会いした方にも絵を通じて心を通わすことが出来ました。来たかったけれど「いきたいよー」といってくれた皆さまもありがとうございました。

ギフトもカードも完売してしまい、もっと作っておけばよかった！！それとももっと高くすればよかった？？次の展示へのよい勉強になりました。

もう、次のことを考えているわたしですが、ひとつひとつのステップを大切にしていければ、と思います。

Just got home from picking up my painting at DAZZLE where I was among the 17 illustrators selling and exhibiting work.

I thank my dearest friends who came to visit during the coldest week here.  It snowed the day before the opening day... Although it was a small exhibit, I learnt a lot, a stepping stone for my next exhibit.  I would love to do a solo exhibit some time... I have so many ideas about it, but no paintings yet.  I should go paint now...  ciao.
